TOMORROW X TOGETHER is poised for world domination, as they continuously solidify their status as a quintet of stars; this time, at the 2022 American Music Awards.
2022 American Music Awards
The American Music Awards (AMAs) took place today at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.
Produced by Dick Clark Productions and ABC, the annual awards night was hosted by Wayne Brady. The iconic show was graced by a sky full of superstars, such as Imagine Dragons, Bebe Rexha, Taylor Swift, Pink, Bad Bunny, and the 4th gen "it" boys, TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT).
Fresh off their successful world tour, the "Loser=Lover" singers are making headlines anew.
The starry event marked the K-Pop group's newest milestone as the youngest Korean act to be nominated at the AMAs.
Favorite K-Pop Artist
TOMORROW X TOGETHER rolled up to the awards show in stylish YSL outfits, and nedless to say, their visuals were heartwarmingly aesthetic.
On top of that, they also made their AMAs debut with a nomination for Favorite K-Pop Artist. The five-piece band was nominated alongside BTS, SEVENTEEN, BLACKPINK, and TWICE.
Ultimately, BTS took home the trophy, which officially made them the first-ever winners of the brand new AMA category. Congrats, Bangtan Sonyeondan!
Winners In More Ways Than One
While TOMORROW X TOGETHER may not have won an American Music Award this year, the boys are definitely winners in more ways than one.
Blessed with talent, charm, and a quirky fandom that loves them, TXT can never be losers.
Congrats, TXT and MOA!
TXT COMEBACK
Meanwhile, the members are gearing up for another set of busy months ahead. With a performance at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve and a January comeback in the making, TXT has a bunch of content lined up for tomorrow and the tomorrows after that.
